Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Standard products usually ship in between 2 to 3 business days.

All products usually ship between 2-3 business days except for pre-orders. Our warehouse closes at 5 pm Pacific Standard time - please take note of this to plan your orders accordingly. Additionally, our warehouse is closed on the weekends, so orders placed after business hours on Friday through Sunday should ship Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, all shipping charges can no longer be refunded.

International customers may be charged additional import taxes.

Local governments levy custom fees for the items - laws vary from nation to nation. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Complex Rotary cannot pay for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the item, and are the importer's responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Complex Rotary does not offer returns once the item has been shipped out. 

Shipping charges are not refunded if the shipment leaves our warehouse or if shipping is delayed due to circumstances outside of Complex Rotary's control.

Please see the warranty Info below if your tattoo machine is not working correctly or is damaged.

REPAIR POLICY

Email info@complexrotary.com for repairs with the below information. Once received, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

  1. Order Number

  2. Item needing repair

  3. A detailed description of the issue

When sending in repairs, please include the below in the package:

  1. Carefully packed machine

  2. Completed repair form

  3. Original proof of purchase (copy of the invoice)

Please make sure to securely package your machine and have correct labels on the package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Complex Pencil has a warranty for manufacturer defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required to submit 

Motors come with 3-month warranty coverage.

All other parts come with 1-year warranty coverage.

Warranty will not apply if the machine is damaged by negligence, tampered with, or used with non-authorized parts.
